I’m Victor. I’m 20, and I’ve loved tech for as long as I can remember. I didn’t come from tech the usual way, I taught myself to build by shipping. Under my studio, Ivryn, I’ve put real apps into the App Store and Play Store: Reef, a calm world for building habits, and Flare, a radar that hunts abnormally cheap flights.

Building solo taught me one thing the hard way: the right people change everything. The biggest leaps never came from a course, they came from being around other obsessed builders who were shipping too.

Crucible is the focused builder residency I wish I’d had. The concept is a small group of ambitious builders sharing time and proximity, without a curriculum or accelerator programme.

Crucible isn’t an accelerator. It’s a crucible, where builders, and the things they ship, get forged.
